How to Reduce Minus the Eye



Dr. William Bates is an eye specialist who had died long ago in 1931. The doctors believe many people who really do not need to use glasses with a way to train her.

Some of the Bates method that can be done, namely:

1. Hide
This vision eye exercises help to relax and rest. Try to sit comfortably at the table and then put a couple of pillows to high sejejer eyes. Start doing this for 10 minutes 2-3 times a day.

3. Choosing one color in one day

4. Sun
Try to do this once a day. This activity requires a sunny day or a good light.

How close your eyes and look directly at the sun with your eyes closed. While looking at the sun, slowly move your head to the left and to the right as far as you can until almost touching shoulders. This helps bring more circulation to the neck. Do this for 3-5 minutes.

5. Shifting visions
Many people have spent time staring at a computer screen in front of her face. Try to shift your vision on a woven fabric on the sleeve, a poster on the wall or a tree across the street. This can help improve peripheral vision and can help nearsightedness, farsightedness and other vision problems. Even in some cases can eliminate cataracts.
